Backstory: Beginning in the late 2030s, various nations around the world began experimenting with the weather. Whether it be to use against enemies, to change Earth's climate, or merely for science, they all had one goal; to control the weather. In 2044, WW3 broke out over control of Earth's remaining natural resources. Among other things, the war saw the US's deployment of power armor. Though the US and its allies eventually won, the seven-year war took a heavy toll on the world's economy. Eventually, power armor became available to anyone with enough money. In 2074, in an attempt to stop global warming, the US released powerful chemicals into the atmosphere. These chemicals caused a new ice age almost overnight. This and the economy ended civilization as we know it. The world is a harsh place, with average temperatures of -20 degrees and wind speeds of up to 120 MPH.
