A squad of HERO scouts came to a mountain range just outside of vaktovian territory. Need of a supply line to forts near guarding border lines, Supershadow546,leader of the squad was order to secure a mountain for HERO. After inspection of the proper supplies needed he came to one mountain a bit farther but more central for the forts changing it into a mining area and water treatment plant. Due to the mines being low and over used the recruitment center was formed out of this mountain at the base of it, the water treatment plant is still running and the place is still consider a priority guarding point due to being right above the recruitment center.
