Friends only build & war. Non-friends can look around, but that's it. No exceptions unless I've played more than one game with you. If you declare war, the other person has to accept. War ends when one person surrenders, not when the castle is destroyed, so you can spare their hours of work. Anyone who destroys another person's stuff without an agreed war gets anywhere from a visitor demotion to a permanent ban, depending on my desicion. See? That's not so hard.
