    Amidst controversy, Imperator CosmicDesolation left his prior group and created TAE, this being the first place created for it. Once a thriving, yet cold city, it was abandoned after the city lost it's power generator after it was conquered, losing running water and cutting transportation for food. Cannibalism struck, and the city slowly decayed. Enter CosmicDesolation. He removed all remains of the city and constructed this building. Rust is seen around the building, a symbol of the time that has passed since it's opening. Nonetheless, it serves as the meeting center for the Boule and as the rally center of the Asphodal Empire.
