This is Shrek's Older brother, Sherk. As Shrek died to the oger slayer, Sherk was infuriated, taking vengence upon the slayer of his younger brother. Why'd you kill shrek? Sherk will literally chew up an onion and spit it in your face, then he'll gather all of his slugs and snails, and they will all point and laugh at you as you have chewed up onion in your face.
