    This test uses Surface GUI to render a camera in "Real Time" (Like 0.9FPS at 120x100 resolution) At 30x30 Resolution, I can achieve 14FPS. This system has dynamic lighting separate to that of Roblox's Built in Engine Dynamic Lighting. Can be used with multiple Cameras at once.
