    Read update log for update info. -=[ Intro ]=- After Cerulean was constantly being attacked, the Centerions began to wonder, if we built a new base, we can revive our race. So thus creation of Fort Alexandria, which took them a long time to build, was made. Since the fort goes through many updates I put the rules in there until the new guide comes out.
