Located 25 miles south of Pelican City, this is a new place, unlike its other nearby cities constructed before the LI-TRONSC War that were damaged and not repaired. This area grows larger rapidly, but most of its buildings are very old style, and require much more material to construct. A man-made forest was made in the eastern side of the city, to enhance local tree growth. This area is also having a airfield to replace the nearby Pelican City airfields.
