Capturing is simple, step anywhere on the hill and wait 10 seconds to claim the base. When the base is claimed you are free to go off the hill and defend your life. Multiple people standing on the hill will NOT speed up the capture time rate. Once one team has captured the base and successfully held it for 800 seconds of time consecutively the raid is over.
