Use the riding crop to whip ur horse to get extra speed, but whip him too much and his Stamina will be used up and he'll go slow. Don't forget up upgrade your horse and save! Slower horses get a speed boost to make the game more fair so everyone has a chance to win. Getting everything running smoothly then i'll add in the many many different things you can ride :) Yay moved into Beta most of the gameplay elements are working.
