Known for it's unique sparkling flowers, the Sparkle Sanctuary is a safe haven for Wizards, and many of them have been known to come here to train and practice to better their skills and knowledge of magic and the arcane arts. The peaceful aura of the area has attracted much of the wildlife over time, with dragon sightings even being reported in some parts. It is overseen and supervised by the Keeper of the Sanctuary - who is said to have ripped it from the ground using a hand created from pure energy and then used a spell to keep it afloat in the sky and freeze it in time making the sky a never-ending dusk.
