A former RAT Announcement Center (among other things), this small fortification was commonly used for what its name suggests - announcements - for political purposes. It is now hidden by a cloaking device, and used for revolutionary speeches and such.

The Kaonis Starship and Orbis Spacedock currently orbit a rather dull planet. What isn't dull, however, are the seemingly unique minerals on the moon of the planet, which are being mined. Searches are being sent to Orbis to see if any crystals have formed on the planet, since it's believed that the moon is a chunk of the planet itself.
