Some barriers (bricks) are in that area covered by barbared wire (barbare wire can kill you and zombies) and that medic brick can heal you (theres a example of barrier near that white bricks) and that giver is for weapon so if ya want weapon get to that giver (in later versions all add more zombiez :D
