Description

January 14, 1914 Ryabovo, Russia Criminal Warlords from around Oblast gather in a small village next to Pioneer Lake, competing in duels to see who influences the district and even St. Petersburg. Even citizens and country officials duel it out in Ryabovo as it is the only place in the region that crime is overlooked by the government.
