Operation Stormbreaker

Anonymous sources have informed CCSO that there is a highly classified intelligence facility in the Pacific ocean. It is under control of the KGB. Our informant has confirmed that there is radio signals being passed from a known KGB weapon research compound to this facility. The scrambler teams have managed to decode some of these signals. A highly powerful line of energy cores are being created by a renowned Russian weapon scientist, 'Caser'. This could mean a huge breakthrough that would offset the project's workings. Your job is to get on there by any means necessary and get rid of the cores and all other workings, files, data stores and weaponry. You must engage this facility as a CIA agent. This is our first move in the game of the world. This is the first step towards our goals. This is Operation Stormbreaker.
