"Struggle is the father of all things and true virtue lies in bloodshed. But we will not tire, we will not falter, we will not fail!" -Scolar Morvek, delivering a speech at Morvek Plaza upon becoming Autarch Morvek Plaza (originally Arcturus Plaza) was built as festival grounds in the early 2320s to serve for both political rallies and public celebrations and festivals. In 2347, Scolar Morvek delivered a fiery speech here asking for 10 years to rebuild Helghan.
