[IAP] Aeteria, District IX, War College

Once the dust had settled upon the nations of old and the Prethoryn Scourge had been driven from Eiro; the remaining inhabitants of Eiro stood alone and distant with no semblance of the countries they once called home to return to. For the first time in Eiros' vast history a global government was formed in the remains of an ancient city, whose name is long forgotten to the passing of time. Upon the founding of this Government came the founding of a new planetary capital, and the renaming of their planet of Eiro in order to fit the new coming epoch of these few remaining 'humans.' They proclaimed that from this day forth this patchwork assortment of makeshift shelters was to be known as Aeteria; and this planet, formerly known as Eiros, will now be known as Arcon. The year is now 3122. The Torque Corporation is finalising construction of the 9th District of Aeteria, the capital of the Imperial Insurgence; transforming it from slums to the main War College in the Insurgence.
