BVDC, located in downtown of Bay View City. From petty theft to murder. Any new arrestees go through here to be processed. After they are processed. they will be sent to a classification pod to wait until they are transferred to jail or go to court to get a bail amount set. Sometimes people convicted in court are sent here waiting to be transferred out of the city and down the road... Inmate uniforms by: PakCacing Shutdown 90% of the time means update.
