Welcome to the United States Capitol Police Camp Blackbird! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attention: This is a United States Capitol Police Facility. USCP has all authority at this camp. We hold the right to do what is necessary in our eyes as instructors to train or tryout those we seem fit for the USCP and who deserves a promotion. We can ban, kick, or crash if we deem necessary. If you do not like that, you do not have to tryout or train. This is a warning to those who want to deem the actions of my instructors as "Unconstitutional" or "Unlawful". You may not sue us for anything you've seen or heard here. We have the right to maintain a peaceful place of training or tryout. You have the choice to come or not, not our decision, but it is indeed yours if you come and play.
