Description

Welcome to Toronto! The Scarboro Expressway was a planned freeway that would allow for quicker travels from the east and Downtown Toronto. It was cancelled after the Spadina Expressway was halted and there are only two stubs of highway on both sides of the planned route. Part of a series on Toronto Reimagined. **Please note that I will continue to update this game but at a slower pace than my other creations.
