CenNor-1

CenNor-1 being the former city of Berlin, only minorly rebuilt from the conquest of Soviets and the old Bolshevik government. With the reorganization of the Soviet state into the State of Eurasia and the reforming of the Bolshevik into the Neo-Bolshevik, many of the now Eurasian citizens can hardly remember a time before 1984.
