Hayfeld, Lousiana (circa 1952) The Municipality of Hayfeld is a city on the Central-Eastern area of Louisiana which was split by the breakaway between the Communist Party and the Socialist Party, but is also a prime residence for the Government because of its position, due its size and cultural significance within the Commune. The Municipality of Heyfeld holds a sizeable French population.
