very tall neat

an unnecessarily tall neat that is really very super insanely long this neat was officially completed on janurary 22, 2022, and i've been giving it small updates ever since. update: all music has been readded, all gameplay has been adjusted accordingly, and i upgraded it to v5.5 kit
