How to play Civilian Civilians should make up the bulk of players, their task is simple. Get to the other side of the border they can do this in an orderly fashion and wait in lines to enter legally or they can purchase or claim weapons to rebel against the order. Guard Ahh yes... the guards are trying to keep the border safe and prosses as many people as possible, this is hard when the entrants are angry.
