Admin/Insert Wars (New commands)

UPDATES: -New commands for me c: rules: -no kicking unless there is a reason for it -no nukes until you have my permission (to die) -no loopkilling -DO NOT USE CLEAR (an update caused it to where if you use the command, the baseplate disappears) if u do any of these things or you know someone who is that ruined the game for everyone else,tell me and i will try and solve the problem.
