Believe it or not, this was actually created to come with pirated copies of Sonic CD, to scare away pirates. The japanese text reads ''Fun is infinite with sega enterprises!'' thus prompting the pirate to purchase the actual game. But it never worked, so, instead everybody started making terrible creepypastas about it. Also, it's not signed by the devil, ''Majin'' may mean devil, but it's really a translation error that was supposed to feature the designer, who put the easter egg there, and his signature. Translation errors were common in early video games of this type.
