Any person(s) that trespass the area without direct government permission are to be persecuted... ARTICLE 2 The facility had a total of [REDACTED] active employees of which [REDACTED] survived and [REDACTED] were confirmed dead. The rest of the employees were either [REDACTED] and not accounted for or are still inside of the facility. Strict regulation prohibits the search and rescue of any of these missing employees, though any that are able to escape from the main building and are unharmed shall be brought to safety.
