Kyranian Empire- City of Beauclair

Originally an elven palace built by a unknown cabbaI of elven warlocks, it was abandoned. Years later Empress Evelyn of House Stern commissioned the reconstruction and renovating of the ruins in order to serve as a vital harbor and trade haven. It serves as the capital of the Empire, and is oftentimes where wealthy merchants both gain and gamble fortunes. Granted to Duke and Lord Marshal Terrowin Stern for his loyalty and honor in upholding her reign, the city is currently garrisoned by both Stern and the Empress' own soldiers.
