[MOT] Manvolis Encampment (early access)

The Manvolis Station was once a popular Lowritski Metro station before the war, but now it is used as a home for many residents. It is guarded by the Ministry of Transportation's Metro Rangers because of it's direct access underneath the Wall and into Reniptil City. Many have discussed blowing up the tunnels to prevent anything from getting in, but the old station's tracks are still used for small handcrafted railcars that can be motorized and used to transport cargo around the Metro ruins.
