Battle of New Orleans

As the British now bring in the question of their ability to win the war, they make a treaty to give the Americans their Indepence. However, news did not reach New Orelans until weeks later. The Final Battle of the War of 1812 between The Americans and the British was the Battle that rose General ###### ####### to fame. The Americans realized that the British were to capture New Orleans as a strategic port base. General ###### ####### used the Martial Law to gain funds into providing soldiers and fortifications for New Orleans. During the night time, General ###### ####### led a small company to attack the british wounding and killing many. In the morning the British set out through the thick fog to meet the Americans who were instead met with musket fire and cannons. As the fog clears, British soldiers are now exposed to the deadly American accuracy. A 7 Foot tall Rampart called Line Jackson was the only fortification which protected New Orleans from Hell.
