You start in the middle of nowhere and there is a monster that chases you, and also the monster is fast but you're just as fast to get away from, and also there are some ways to slow down the beast. There are more mobs but they are slower, you are stuck in first person, and it's darker but you get a flash light. NOTE THIS: There is still the old version of the game inside the group and also both of them will still get updates but the old won won't get to much updates at a time.
