As of 11/12/2020, I am considering adding an update or two due to Tofuu's video

- Temporary Katana added to the Boss Token store
- Rightfully removed the Event NPC placement and replaced quest NPC
- Added code fruitninja for a one-life katana use
- Added code noupdates for +2 rebirths
- Songs should no longer fade back in if muted and re-focusing on window
