Modern Day. Rules: * Amount of (ethnic) revolts are the square root of a countries total ethnic make up * No Griefing * No Disrespecting Staff or other players * You must have a reason for war * Using Imperialism as an excuse for war cannot be used by democratic countries or used against neutral countries * Nukes are banned unless stated so by SA or higher * You cannot control an NPC's decisions unless historical * Country hopping is not allowed (Country Hopping is the idea of switching nations to benefit yourselves or your friends) * You cannot unify nations without 2 main reasons, and if a player leaves 5 minutes post-unification, you must split back up * Rebellion must have fair reasons (Ethnic, Cultural, Religious, Historical, etc) * No exploits, end of * Try not to cause drama on other doms under this dom's name (That includes raids) * Blackmailing is a perm bannable offence
