Located in southern California, Las Palmas is a laid back, sun-drenched paradise where nobody is in a hurry and everything is in walking distance. But, the city has recently earned itself a violent reputation and has been nicknamed "the Valley of Death" as rival criminal organizations battle each other for control of the city.
