This is finally ready for play! If you've never played Cityscape before, this is a world builder game. You can morph the very land into what you want, you can change the way the people of your land think. You are who you want to be. Maintenance: currently making cities "smarter". They can now create deals with each other, buy and sell water and power, and use it.
