Forward Operating Base Charlie [NST]

First off, this is not finished. Weapons and vehicles still need to be adjusted. Feedback is welcome. Rules: Must be at least 3 NST soldiers present. A NST officer must be informed and respond, 2 hours before an official raid. All other rules can be read when you enter. Gamepasses are available for extra weapons and perks.
