It has been hidden somewhere in the western United States by its test pilot, Stringfellow Hawke. Hawke has promised to return Airwolf only if we can find his brother, Saint John, an MIA in Vietnam. We suspect that Archangel, Deputy Director of the Agency, has secretly hired Hawke to fly Airwolf on missions of national concern. Firmly believing in Hawke's loyalty, Archangel has arranged for Hawke to live in a remote mountain location, hidden from the world. There, Hawke continues his search for his brother, accompanied by his only friend, Dominic Santini.
