Defect Detector Testing

Welcome to Defect Detector Testing, or DDT for short. Here you can test a heavily modified toolbox defect detector that is complete with a working axle count and dragging equipment detector that uses Progress Rail Micro Talker audios. Dragging Equipment System - Walk up to any red part and interact with the proximity prompt to remove the dragging equipment. Once removed the part will turn green and be marked as no dragging equipment. Interact again to add the dragging equipment back. Press E or hold the prompt to interact. We also have GPI EMD GP40-2s to test the defect detectors on Track 1 and Track 2.
