This Gamepass brings a variant of the Canadians (Locos 9 and 10) which has altered mechanics to allow a more immersive experience at the controls. There is a video 'How to drive St Egwin - Roblox RH&DR' by Harry that gives a visual way of seeing this system in action, but as a whole: 1 - Fill with water with 'U'. 2 - Light Fire and Shovel Coal with 'B' (in two parts of shovelling then putting in the firebox). 3 - There are 3 numbers in the cab, the bottom is coal level, middle is water capacity then top is the pressure. With the top two done this should rise. Then you are ready to go! 4 - Key binds are listed, ']' releases the brake, 'R' winds the reverser forward ('F' back). 'E' opens the regulator and 'Q' shuts it. Remember to wind back the reverser a bit to gain more speed. 5 - '[' applies the brake. 'O' then 'L' does the injector to add water. Hope this helps!
