This vip grants you a new game statistic. You get to see a timeline graph with each team on it, with buidings or units or both. When major events happen, an image is placed on the graph, like a skull for when a team dies, or a radiation symbol when a nuke is dropped. Moving your mouse over any part of the graph will tell you specifically how many buildings/units/both that team had at that time.
