Abuse (e.g. constant killing/freezing of everybody) will result in a ban. It's HD admin, and ; is the prefix. Say ;cmds to get a list of commands. The things you aren't able to do are: Jail, insert, clone, run scripts, get btools. Abuse can also be like loop killing or just freezing random people (e.g. at the spawn) for no reason; try to focus instead on families or other random groups in parts of the map other than the spawn (e.g. houses).
