  • Server Region Test

    This is a testing / demonstration place for the process of fetching the server's physical region. This is done by making an HTTP get request to ip-api, an external service which can see the IP address of the requesting game server. It then uses this information to get its general location, and responds with it. Due to the fact HTTP requests are disallowed from clients, this same technique (thankfully) cannot be used to get the general location of players ingame.
