In 1820, Lyle Proversher went missing, with his ranch left behind, and was passed down the Cavalry Ranch to the Henderson Family, which was haunted at the time. The Henderson's sold the property to Arthur in 1864, the current leader of Texas Cavalry, Arthur claimed it is still haunted ever since Lyle went missing. There is a tree with a rope, which may be the cause of his death.
