Custom Bubble Chat Color

NOTE: If you buy while in-game, you must rejoin a new server for the option to appear. Available in the [Settings] panel. Change your chat color by changing the 3 numbers using the | RGB | format. Click CHAT COLOR afterwards to apply changes.
