It’s simply a safe, quiet place where you can take a few minutes to pause, reflect, and listen to yourself. Choose from four topics — Anxiety, Depression, Self-Worth, and Loneliness — and explore up to 15 short, thoughtful questions designed to help you notice what you’re feeling. There are no timers, no pressure, and no wrong answers. Even answering one question is enough. This project was created because I know how heavy life can feel sometimes. Mental Health Survey 2 isn’t here to diagnose or fix anything — it’s here to remind you that your thoughts matter, your feelings are valid, and you’re not alone. Take breaks when you need to.
