The first student was Kazumi Utzuka. The current objective is to bring peace. This schools full name is, Ultimate Power Facility. U.P.F is Rivaled by the Villain version, created by Unknown. They are still researching who created it. The god of this world, or so believed by U.P.F is Onii-Chan. It is believed that the god, Onii-Chan still wanders the Earth, looking for the one true hero. U.P.F students are only people with powerful genetics. Not many people have these genetics, so there are not many people attending this school.
