k here's the story: So these 3 people are natives of this world called Litharia and they discover a part of the world that has a weakness in the time/space continuum. Using it's powers they become basically Gods. Over time people and things from other worlds begin to fall through and so these new semi-kind-of-Gods lock themselves up in a tower to keep the power to themselves and protect these new peoples. Over time a city is made with the Gods watching over it and very occasionally stepping out to interfere/celebrate/whatever.
