    Building 63 is built on a lake and has a helicopter pad so it can move people/supplys/scientists to Base 63, Base 63 is one of the first protecter bases that will protect Building 63. Make sure not to stress yourself too much if you mean no harm, becuase Building 63 is a very safe place, it will only want to kill you if you threaten its existance.
