Underground is a sandbox/survival game like Minecraft and Rust. You can craft weapons and tools, gather materials, and create whatever you want. You can build towns, govern them, create borders, or create bases for military organizations and raid other factions. When you enter an Underground server, your goal is to become king of that server.
