Demsy "Gates" Smirnov's Winter Mansion. Upstate New York, USA. History: Originally a property owned by Canlis Restaurant which was leaked by the builder due to payment issues in 2014. The lands were passed onto myself with the help of a joint renovation in 2015 with a former friend & colleague. The grounds have been maintained by myself since 2018 which has held many events, gatherings, close friends, and famous players with in the Roblox Modern Military Community. Here would also hold the Smirnov Family's Council Meetings and Family Events throughout the property in 2016. Today it stands as a memorial of the old days as well a Winter Home for myself, DemsyGates. Christmas time here is the best time to visit.
